For the price, can’t fault these. I was expecting a smaller roller diameter although these blinds are on normal sized rollers. The chain pulley is metal and fatter than a sink chain/normal blind pulley and seems very robust, along with the rest of the attachments which are also metal. I ordered these on a Monday evening, next morning first thing I got an email verifying the sizes I had supplied and had in a technical language (no doubt to avoid any measurement error on my part). The blinds arrived the next day on the Wednesday & I received full tracking information and a few emails from the seller. I’d recommend these blinds as they are good quality and value. They were packaged well, almost like a toblerone probably to avoid any transit damage.

Tricky one to rate. First of the price is a little steep for what it is. The courier was a complete joke which makes me think something shifty is going on. UPS (an absolute shambles of a delivery service and well known) so it baffles me why this seller used them had my Parcel at a local Depot for 4 days or so? Due to a "Delay" then I had a leaflet to say they tried to deliver the 2 metre blind so I checked the camera as I was in all day and he had nothing in his hands. Like I said all very weird. Although the blind is nice I will do my very best to find an alternative seller purely because of the above

Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service is excellent. Due to no fault of the seller, the product arrived battered and bent as a result of UPS rough handling. It was subsequently replaced very quickly without issues.I'm happy to say I installed it with ease, the measurements were spot on, the blind looks great and the brackets are a sturdy solid metal fitting. For someone who has installed quite a few of these types of blinds, let me tell you that having them cut to size makes life so much easier. Just make sure you send them the right measurements and the rest is simply screwing the brackets in the correct position.I was OK installing this on my own but you may need a second person if you're not used to DIY just to hold one end whilst you fix it in place and gauge the measurements for the brackets etc.

We were sent a blind which had been returned by someone else. The blind had no instructions included and the packaging had been opened before. The blind doesn’t go down properly, perhaps that was why it was returned.

Uprated hinges are worthwhile especially on the wide blind we ordered. They deal with the added weight much better. Blind itself made from good material and doesn't let any light pass through.Easy enough to install if you are familiar with basic tools and screw fixtures.

The product itself is excellent ,however it arrived with the pole crushed or bent in the middle which was not that noticeable until we had unpacked and already put the brackets on the wall otherwise we would of returned the product when it arrived last week . It is for our sons bedroom and he is home from school with acute tonsillitis and glandular fever so needed to black out the light for him to sleep / rest ,so our needs for black out was urgent and no time to return and wait for a replacement ,so it is clunky when you pull up and down now which is a shame and will probably break in the middle after a few up and downs we will probably take a photo for the manufacturer,more than likely the product was damaged in transit . Easy to install ,we sent measurements of the recess in window and it arrived cut to the perfect size.

The blinds and fittings seem of a good quality, however the chain is short. I have a Victorian flat with high ceilings and luckily I'm tall as wouldn't be able to reach the chain otherwise. I think the vendor should offer a longer chain so that people below 6'0" can reach it too.

I've done the whole house with blinds from IKEA which we're easy to cut to size and fit but they didn't have one in this width for my bedroom window.This is a fair price compared to IKEA and it was easy to trim a couple of centimetres off and put up. My only concern is that there's no instructions for cutting to size so if your totally incompetent don't bother..... lol
