Best book I have found on holistic supplements. Even more important, it gives phone numbers and other info on sources for the products.Numerous vets give their opinions and advice. Lots of info for human use of the same products.If I can find paperbacks, I plan to give entire family a book for Christmas.

It is helpful in some parts of the book but most of it isn't helpful information at all.

I recently adopted a kitten that turned out to be FIV. When your cat has a problem such as that, you need to be able to discuss ideas with your Veterinarian that enable you to be your pet's advocate in order to help keep them healthy. This book not only provides you with information and ideas, but contacts and resources you can explore.

In consider this an essential reference for cat 'owners' (owned more like). One suggestion in the book I think is a bit mad is the idea of using a mineral oil to help with fur balls. Extra virgin olive oil is a far better option. Other than that I rate the book very highly and recommend to all who care for cats. There is a similar book by the same author for dogs too that my niece has and recommends.
