Works very well
Used to bridge house wifi from living room across a main panel 100 feet of underground cable and a subpanel to a workshop. Works great , just be sure to place units on the same leg in primary breaker panel for best result.

Works great, easy to setup, one caveat
Took all of ten minutes to setup and start using. Works great and decreased the load on our wifi, plus a direct wired link is always faster. The caveat: make sure both plugs, the sending and receiving ones, are on the same "leg" in the electrical system, which was pointed out by another reviewer. If you open your main fuse box, you will probably find a large breaker on top with a double row of breakers below. Each row of breakers is a "leg" of the 220v incoming line, each leg supplying 110v. For the powerline ethernet adapter to work it's best, both household plugs used should be on the same "leg", ie, in the same row of breakers. I had to turn on some lights, etc. and then turn off breakers one at a time to determine which leg different plugs were on. Turns out that in our kitchen, where our DSL modem/switch/WiFi was located, two plugs right beside each other were on different legs. Luckily, one was on the same leg as the TV was on in the living room. After this bit of investigation, plugging in and setting up the NexusLink adapters took only a few minutes.

Thrilled with this Ethernet Adapter
Just got this, and I'm thrilled with it! The instructions are clear, with pictures, and it is simple to set up. It took me under 10 minutes, and it worked right out of the box. I've got my Verizon 5G Internet Gateway in an upstairs bedroom near a window, and I connected the included Cat5e cable from my router's LAN port to one of these adapters and plugged it in. Within seconds it show connectivity to my router. I went downstairs and plugged the 2nd adapter into an outlet and connected to to my laptop with the 2nd included Cat5e cable. Within seconds it connected, and I had "wired Ethernet" to my laptop. I pressed the encryption pairing buttons on both adapters and in about 30 seconds they were communicating with each other across the house fully encrypted. The speed test showed 28ms ping, 66 Mbps download speed and 22 Mbps upload speed, which is plenty for streaming and is just as good as I was getting before, so any signal degradation was unnoticeable. I'll be using this to connect to an old router that I'll place downstairs as a second access point for several devices. I definitely recommend this adapter!

Does not work as advertised
Did not work as designed. I have power running out to my minibarn, straight run of 10/2 uf wire (wire is oversized due to length of run - 175').One outlet in the barn, one in the house, a few feet from the panel. No GFI yet. Nothing else on the circuit, just those two outlets. No connectivity through these devices. They see each other, and go green, but when you try to send any data through them it goes from green to red.I thought it could be electronic noise from the devices I was using. So, I plugged one directly into my router, the other into my laptop. Nothing else on that circuit. No power supplies, no cameras, no lights, nothing else - just the adapter at each end. My laptop could not connect. Came into the house, plugged the same ethernet cable directly in, works great.I guess it's too long of a run for this device? I don't see any length for a maximum run.

no setup. period. Just works, well.
task-free house wiring net, 4 stars as it has not lasted the ten years the previous units (different mfr's) did. But No setup, no hassle, no problems so far, and cheaper than the competition. Good choice for a small business link for network lookups, email. Understand that the link has to be through connected wiring, no transformers, but that is standard for Powerline devices. Good ethernet speed. Caveat, the housing interferes with SOME power plugs for other devices on a standard dual socket. Everything wants the max limit for space on the socket. (safety standards DO cause issues.)

50% Speed Improvement With Solid Connection
Internet connectivity outside of my living room is something out of the twilight zone. Wonderful for a split second then non-existent. I'm constantly hearing the beeps from my cell phone when I'm on a wifi call in my bedroom telling me my phone call is about to drop. My Fire TV in my room is a constant battle of loading, waiting and my wife asking me if I need to change the batteries in the remote even though I did it last week.Enter NexusLink. I have been researching powerline adapters for a long time. Found this one and figured I would give it a shot. Most of the adapters I had been looking at were upwards of $200 for a pair of adapters. This one came in under $100 which is what initially caught my eye.I tried to add as many meaningful pictures as possible. First thing out of the box, instructions are nicely written and have great pictures. Setup literally took me 2 minutes. There is no web page to log into and configure, these are plug in, sync and use the internet. Very simple and straight forward.I was excited to see how they would work and upon my very first attempt plugging them in I was grinning. You know when you first do a speed test and it jumps way up there to the maximum speed that you actually pay for? Well yeah, it did that, something I haven't seen in a long time with my wifi connection. Of course it dropped back down to normal speeds but they were higher than my wifi connection and the best part was I knew it would not cut out.The first outlet I tried was about 30% faster with lower latency. I figured I would try the other outlets and found one that almost doubled my speed in my back master bedroom.Overall I highly recommend this product. Next on my to do list is to look for a wifi repeater to connect to this adapter and extend my wifi. I'll update my review if/when I find one that is compatible.
