How to change language
I've always really liked these printers, but lately they've been coming setup in Korean. It is easy to change to English. See the attached photo.

I've bought 10 of these and could not be happier! They are FAST and easy to load. You can download logo's, coupons, messages, etc to the printer to show on the receipt paper. They don't jam. USB or serial option is a plus. You know when paper is getting low because the message area turns red. Will always use these!
