Quite comfortable and the string itself literally "disappears" and you forget it's even there. It's supportive for us guys to wear and the front panel is just big enough if you're small down there to keep everything contained

The hoped-for "sexiness" of these thongs were immediately dashed by their extremely poor fit and design. I wear a size 16 and ordered XL. Once I tried one on, the hip size was on-point, but as other reviews have stated, the elastic string of the crotch part that joins the back is waaaayyyy tooo long. Also, the ring that joins the front is much too small to hold the crotch in place, so it bunches-up instead of lying flat. The thin metal rings joining the thong together are poor quality--like the temporary cheap metal keyrings used by car rental companies. I am going to try to alter a couple of these thongs to see if I can salvage something that is actually wearable. No customer should have to resort to these measures in order to achieve a good fit for a product like this. A complete waste of money. :(
