Excellent product. Fantastic customer service.
It worked quite well in delivering the fertilizer to the irrigation, but then developed a crack and as a result leaked. Customer service resolved it right away. Now up and running no prob.I suggest isolating it from your main irrigation line with a diverter and valves - only allow water flow through it when you want to fertilizer. Will likely extend the life.

Waste of money
Lasted two weeks, developed leaks, no back flow preventer flowed fertilizer into house pipes. Top seal failed to seal. What can i say. A waste of money. Chucked it out.

Good value
This is our first time installing this product. At first glance it seems complicated. But if you follow the instructions carefully the installation is easy, we ending up buying three injection tank. I read some of the review stating that after one year it starting to leak, I believe you just need to replace the gasket.

could not stop leaking from the top
I bought the one gallon injector and there was no amount of tightening the top that would stop the solution from pouring out the top of the container. I read other people's reviews and learned that some people had the same issue. I called Chapin with my issue and a nice woman said they would send me another injector and I did not need to return the defective one. I wasn't given any shipment tracking information at that time, so I called back eight days later to check on the status. My new injector was to arrive that very day. I think I was speaking to the same lady and this time she suggested putting Vaseline on the O ring of my first injector. I have not tried the Vaseline because my replacement injector works great without a single leak! The clear cupped part (that has the O ring) definitely fits more snuggly than the first injector. One tip would be to not get any fertilizer on concrete. I have ugly stains down my drive way now from the first unit leaking.

Don't keep pressurized or in heat
This product is great once I finally got it setup properly. I bought this to put in line with my automatic watering system to feed my plants regularly. When I first installed it, I connected directly to the spigot and ran the output into the watering system. This kept constant pressure on the feeder lines from the tank. This caused the lines to swell, and the tank to leak. After calling their support, I was told my water pressure was too high to keep it pressurized. After I switched it to be after the watering valve with only getting pressure when watering plants, I haven't had either issue. I also have my system under a carport so it doesn't have direct sunlight. Not sure how this would work if constantly in the heat. In my situation though, it works perfect now and I love it!

Awesome tool
This makes fertilizing my lawn such a painless chore. Set it up and the sprinklers just take care of the rest.

Works great for home gardens (1 year update)
I use the inline fertigator with a timer and drip lines. Worked great for my needs. I keep it covered away from direct sun (it is plastic after all). Was very easy to use. I was fertilizing my plants once a week and they did very well. I did not have an issue with the adjustment knob. I saw a couple of comments about not knowing exactly how much fertilizer solution (from tank) was mixed with irrigation water. Could that be done? Probably yes. Was I interested in knowing? Definitely no. If you think that one scoop of dry fertilizer in the gallon is not enough or too much, adjust next time. The mix I was using produces a pink color in solution. After I irrigate my plants once for 60 min, solution turn clear (so fertilizer was used). Happy with the purchase.1 year update:The tank started leaking bad this season. It seems like the leak is coming from the seam. The tank shell is made of two halves with a seam in between, and that's where the problem is. I am not sure how much of the fertilizer is making it to the plants. Very unhappy with the low quality. I took out 3 stars from my initial review. Tried to seal with 2 part epoxy and that didn't seem to help.Tried again to salvage the tank. The leak did not seem to be due to tank cracking, but the rubber seal not doing its job. I bought a few different sizes of rubber o-ring material, cut it to length and super glue it. That made a nice O-ring, but the unit still leaks. Frustrating to waste that much money for a unit that should contain water but does not because of poor workmanship. This product should be taken off market. Kept one star, yet wished I can give it -5. Garbage, will not trust that brand ever again.

I wanted to like this...
I have about 3,000 sq. ft. of home vegetable and flower gardens, all watered by drip irrigation. I bought this hoping to be able to simplify my fertilizing process (I fertilize most of my flower beds once a week with a low dose). Setup was easy enough. I decided to use Dram quick connect adapters so I could move the tank from faucet to faucet more easily. Unfortunately, I never got the chance.I set it up and ran it the first time, and it worked fine. After that, however, every time I hooked it up, it leaked like crazy from either the seal around the lid (which was tightened down with the included tool as tight as possible) or, far more frequently, from the connection between the 1/4" hose and the lid of the tank. I have a 25psi pressure regulator on the line, so that shouldn't have been the issue. The included plastic clamps to hold the hose onto the tank lid were flimsy and broke when I tried to tighten them. Some metal screw clamps helped a bit, but the tank leaked even then. Eventually, the connection on the lid that the hose attaches to broke off entirely, rendering the entire thing useless. This injector had the potential to be a game-changer for me. Unfortunately, the quality of the parts just isn't very high. I would have happily paid twice the price for a system that wouldn't break after a single use.
