The item was delivered overnight as promised. The item is packed well in separate plastic bags with a small book of instructions, but It comes with a separate USB part to plug into the console. Fast communication and hassle-free.

Doesn't work. Flashing and circling red light. Not connecting. I bought a new one and paid less, connected no problem and works great.

This controller is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from an off brand controller. There are some slight dead zones at the corners of the sticks so it's not exactly a full 360 degrees of motion, but I haven't bought an off brand that wasn't like that. The dead zones aren't ridiculous, either so it's perfectly fine. It's light because it's wired (no batteries), the d-pad feels pretty good, and the buttons don't feel sticky or particularly fragile. A nice surprise was that it turns on the Xbox 360. Every review I've seen for off brand 360 controllers, wired and wireless, is that they won't turn the Xbox on by pressing the center button on the controller. If you're the type of person to leave your controller on the chair/couch when you're done, then that's a nice benefit. Overall I think this controller will last a while which is pretty good. I'd give it 5 stars, but I don't think any off brand will ever quite be a perfect substitute.

Works extremely well, buttons don’t stick and it doesn’t feel cheap, also not laggy or anything! Super worth the price, I’m glad I got these. Now I can play old games again.

Hello. I hope what I have to say helps any customer that is trying to decide if this product is the right fit. Straight to the point, this product does come with a instruction booklet, but keep in mind, it does not have a English translation for the installment of the receiver, but that's okay. All you have to do is dismiss all of the old controller defaults and plug and play is a go. Now back to the product at hand. It is light weight and comfortable to hold. I really am glad that I purchase it for the price, it is durable. I got it for my PC gaming and recommend getting it especially if you are on a somewhat tight budget such as myself.... Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Don't buy if you want seemless control without lagging.

incompatible with chrome OS

The controller was well packaged, but there were no instrictions on how to operate, how to pair it with devices and so forth. It looks like it was assumed that the purchaser would be familiar with xbox controllers and would instinctively know what to do. This however was not me....I've never owned an xbox and only purchased the controller because I got a free subscription to xbox on line when I purchased my new laptop. Fortunately I'm not an idiot and got the gist fairly quickly, but it would have been nice to have instrictions, given they were listed as being in the box. Apart from this first-world problem, the controller works quite well....now all I've got to do is learn the games.

tried on 2 laptops and a pc hit the sync button system cant find it no instruction or information on how to fiz the issue

FALSE ADVERTISING Not wireless for any system. Broken and coming apart . Box came mangled and controller came dirty and broken. No response from their customer service either that guaranteed refund if defected . I wouldn’t waste your money 🙄

Controller exceeded expectations and will be replacing my original controllers. Thank you for your attention to detail, easy connection instructions and superb quality!!!
