If you use SAM-e, I'd say stay away from this one. I've use another one from Amazon for 9 months or better and it works great. That vendor had shipping delays and a pricing change so I decided to give this one a try. Hey, it said it was eligible for returns if it didn't work. Well, it was less effective as a supplement and caused extreme stomach and bowel discomfort, (you can figure that one out). I was painfully cramped up for 3 days before I realized it was this SAM-e. When I went to return it, it says not eligible for returns even though right on the product page it says it is. It wasn't a ton of money but the principal really gets to me. All said, don't waste your time or money with this one

I have been on a prescription medication for arthritis. Didn't seem to do much. Thought I'd give this a try. I've been taking this for a month. My morning stiffness is much better, I have arthritis in every joint, this product works.

I bought these Sam-e supplement capsules after searching for something to relieve trembling in my left hand. While they do provide some relief they are only minimally effective and caused me to have constipation.

I usually take nature made but wanted to try these at times I will put in pocket and take at work with lunch. Not these omg they have an awful smell and it's strong but they seem to work my mood is ok and no back pain
