Try one arm dips. Very hard. Religiously performing the exercises in this book healed my neck. I was literally performing 3 of them 8 times a day, every 2 hours or so. I got most of my strength back in about 2 weeks and completely everything in about 3 weeks. I still perform them 2-3 times a day. They only take about 4 min. Doesn't get into specifics of how the exercises work, just gives you the therapy. I recommend.

The book is brief but the guidance is good. Basic tips on posture, and simple neck exercises to alleviate tightness.

Working techniques
I found this book very useful. Exercises are definitely useful and they make you aware of a proper neck posture. Everything is described in detail and everything is clear: which exercises to do, in what order, what to expect etc. I recommend it.

If you have a neck issue this is the Bible to use, and his back book is a gold standard for relief.

Loved this book. You are educated on the neck before given the exercises which prompted me to give 5 stars.

Already within one day I am feeling remarkable improvements simply with the first two steps. This has given me so much more confidence that I can actually fix my posture issues and neck, I just wish the book had have found me 10 years ago.

If you can follow the correct posture while sitting and sleeping this book is going to benifit 100 percent.

I have been suffering from a sore upper back for many, many years. And I've tried a lot of exercises, I've tried a lot of different treatments, and then I tried this book. Exercises one and two. They took away all of the pain over about three days. Absolutely fantastic. What a difference it makes to not be hurting all the time. Turns out that a sore upper back and shoulders is often caused by the neck. The book make that clear, but I had no idea it was my neck that was the problem because that wasn't what was hurting!
