As with other reviews, the spanner tool that comes with the kit does not fit so you will need to have your own spanner.Assembly is extremely easy, and if I can do it (a 27 year old female that's terrible at DIY), I am sure anyone can!It took approximately 10 minutes in total, due to needing a different spanner, but was very simple to put together. The rack is sturdy enough and looks modern in our hallway. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit my partner's size 14 shoes on without overhanging.Very pleased with the product and would highly recommend as great value for money.

Been looking for a sturdy but also nice looking & useful shoe rack for ages, you will need tools to unscrew and then tighten the bolts/ washers (metal thingys) fits perfectly in a small hallway and an absolute plus, my kids put their shoes on it.!! Fits 12 pairs of shoes.

As others have said, the tool that's supplied with this doesn't work, so you'll need your own spanner or pliers. Instead of supplying the screws in a separate bag, they are screwed into the shelves so you have to undo them first. They were quite tight so this required a bit of effort, but apart from that, it was quite easy to put this together. It looks nice in my hallway but I'm not sure how long it will last. It seems to have been made by company which really doesn't care about quality - the screws were not all a uniform shape and the pieces don't fit together very smoothly. I bought a metal coat rack by a different Chinese company at arond the same time as this, and the difference in quality is very noticeable. The coat rack wasn't expensive but the metal is a bit heavier and there's obviously been much more attention to detail.

This shoe rack is just what I wanted! It’s very easy to put together - took about 5 minutes with the included spanner. It’s very decorative and sturdy. It looks great and, depending on the size of the shoes (i.e. trainers and boots being wider), will hold between 9 and 12 pairs. Perfect!

Lovely. I like this product! Easy to assemble, quite elegant and compact. Very good for small hallway. Condition is fine, no damages, delivery is quite fast. I recommend to buy. Smart purchase for a good price.

Having got fed up of my children's shoes in a heap on the kitchen floor I ordered this. I know some of the other reviews have said you need your own spanner but the one supplied worked fine for us. Easy to assemble and looks great.

This is a very nice unit and my hall now looks very organised. I was worried I wouldn't get all of our shoes and boots on there but they fit with no problem, my heels go through the gaps to lower ankle boots - result! Each shelf will fit 3 pair of mens shoes and 3-4 ladies. I'm really pleased with this and can recommend.
