I was looking for a car radio to play my cds, that also supported streaming music plus had a rear camera. This radio ticked all the boxes. I was pleasantly surprised. The sound from this radio was very good plus the equalizer mellows out the sound. Great radio, don't hesitate, buy it now.

The product itself is okay. The reaction time from vehicle start up to initial play time is slow and the touchscreen it a bit slow as well.My only disappointment was the overall install. Had to spend almost an additional $200 for an interface to keep factory steering wheel controls. We didn’t event attempt to install the backup camera because it was not explained very well and with all the additional trouble, I just wanted the radio and the main features of the unit to work. Do your research on what is needed for your particular vehicle.

This was to replace the factory stereo and I was blown away by all this has for the price It was easy to install and once powered up the sound is just great. The backup cam works really well and I am so impressed by this. People have been in the truck with new cars and cannot believe how nice this is so super happy. The Bluetooth technology is still not as it should be in car stereos a but it works.

Purchased this unit for a 2002 GMC 2500HD and had to purchase an additional special dash trim and wiring harness. I paid to have this installed by a professional because of another DVD system I have in my truck in addition to the “fit” problems. All of this aside, this unit is a cheap excuse for a stereo unit. Description is misleading. USB function is only for charging devices OR music play through a flash drive. I wanted USB capability to plug in my old iPod via usb cable and change music on the screen instead of holding an iPod and changing the song. Bluetooth works fine. Camera is decent but picture is a little grainy. After spending over $500 on this product and installation, I don’t have the funds to take it out and get a new one. Don’t make the same mistake I did, spend the extra money and get a better brand name unit. BOSS customer service was also no better with assistance than this seller.

The back-up camera works about half the time. I'm not sure it its the camera or my back-up wire. When it does work its great picture. I love it.The radio works great!!! Bluetooth it's hard for the other person to hear me. Thats why its a 4 star. I still have to have my phone next to my ear instead of "hands-free".

Best value for performance radio there is currently. Installed easy after some trim mods in 2007 e350 van. Great quality per.price.

Install is a breeze .Sound is very good.I got a re-manufactured ( old car )Works as advertised .

I purchased this Boss receiver on July 2022. It just suddenly went dead last March 2024.This is an unreliable product to avoid.
