Well made, masculine and sexy
This watch band is well made with quality leather. The buckles seem to be of good quality as well. I got this as a X-mas gift for my husband. It is very masculine and sexy. I think he will enjoy wearing it. The leather is soft and seems like it would be comfortable to wear. The seller shipped it promptly, but my tracking number through USPS misreported that the item had been delivered when it had not yet shown up. I was worried it had been lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address, but it did show up. I am pleased and excited to find a watch face that suits the band and give this gift to my husband.

Fantastic item
This is a great product, it looks great and has held up in some really nasty conditions. There are just two things I've noticed which you might want to watch out for - first, the part of it which holds the watch face on is a little awkwardly designed. The leather 'loops' through which you put the bars on either side of the watchface are really thick, so make sure that the watch face you want to use leaves a good amount of room between the bars and the face edge. Second, the leather did bleed a little bit once when it got wet. However, that was after about five hours of being completely soaked in a downpour at an outdoor concert, and my friend's SHOES were actually bleeding dye as well, so I don't think that will be a frequent problem. Just don't go swimming with it and you'll probably be fine.

mmm looks cool.
so i bought this because i needed a new wrist band. but the thing is huge. it looks like i am wearing gladiator cuffs. if you have small wrists like i have it can be a little to much. when you tighten it, it will be very uncomfortable on the skin. this would be better if you have big wrists and do not need it so tight. putting the watch into it can be a little but like all things we can make it work.

cute
I am sorry to say this , but do not waste your money on this band, it is not made well and is hard to put on your wrist.

Updated: Just OK.
I'll start by saying this watch band seemed the best out of all I looked at. My last band was a black leather Fossil one. I couldn't find it again on the Fossil website, so their loss is Bulldog Leather Works gain.Pros:- Looks really bad (as in 1984 Orwellian doublespeak)!- Seems sturdy and well put together.- Did I mention how bada** it looks?Cons:- I was not mislead by the seller but would have preferred a stiffer leather like my former watch band. No big deal; it may even prove more comfortable this way.- I would rather the buckles for the straps curve the opposite way, towards my wrist. Instead they curve "up" away from the wrist and stick out slightly. This is the only real complaint I have about the band. I could have sent it back but decided I liked it regardless.- Because wrists taper toward the hand, it might have been a good idea to taper the band and punch holes closer in on the strap next to the hand. I would have liked it to look wider the farther it went up my arm.I really like this watch band. I kept it, after all. The Cons (except for the second) are little, nit-picky details. I've only had the thing for a few hours so I can't attest to durability but I think I will be able to enjoy it for quite a while.UPDATED APRIL 2012:I know this review is old but I was looking for a new watch band and took a look at my old review. Unfortunately, I didn't even wear this watch for a year. The screws got pretty rusted in the first couple of months. I tended to take the watch off at night so it was simply from normal wear. The leather being kind of soft just meant it stretched pretty easily so it made the fit kind of tough. I really liked the way it looked and wanted it to be the watch band I was looking for. It just didn't hold up. Pictures for the watch look like it's been updated a bit. The buckles look more comfortable.

As long as they keep making it, I'll keep buying it!
My dad used to have a watch band like this one, and I've wanted one of my own since I was a kid. This is my second watchband I've bought from Bulldog Leather Works. Not because there were any issues with it, but because I wore the first one for a few years until it fell apart from regular wear and tear. I tend to put my watch bands through the wringer, and the first one I got more than held up. I get so many great complements from men and women about my watch. A lot of guys don't expect to see a female wearing a band like this, but I'm not your average female. :)Edit 12/11/2018: I just now purchased my fourth watch band from Bulldog Leather Works, and I can't wait for it to get here. I purchased my first one in 2011, and each watch band has lasted me about 2 years. As I said before, it's very sturdy, I wear it ALL THE TIME, and I get a ton of compliments on it. Any time someone asks where I got it, I always direct them to Bulldog Leather Works. Thanks for a great product!

Very well made
For the price, you can't beat this one. It took a little while to get my watch onto the band, but it looks great and I have had quite a few comments about it. It seems to be wearing well, excellent quality leatherwork

Kind of Big
I am 5'9" and 180lbs. I don't have big arms by any means, but I am not built like a lady either. I had to punch extra holes in the bands to get it suitable and it is still a bit on the bigger side. It looks great and the leather is very high quality, but I wish it wasn't made for a stereotypical biker -- what about us average sized guys??
