Wish I had discovered this book when my kids were growing up. The illustrations are beautiful and the choice of poems ranges from traditional favorites to new sweet surprises. I love the way the poems are divided into sections: Fun with Rhymes, Mostly weather, spooky poems, story poems, mostly animal, mostly people, mostly nonsense, seeing feeling and thinking and in a few words. Great book for every generation.

I love this book so much I've ordered another to keep to give to someone in the future. The plentiful rhymes are a mixture of the less common and favourites which is excellent and the illustrations are beautiful. Less than a fiver for a hardbacked beautiful book which has delighted my granddaughter.
