I had a slight problem with my initial purchase. The fully charged battery lost power after 5 mins.UPDATE: When the company became aware of my experience, they responded immediately to correct the situation. The very next day I received a sincere apology from customer service, and two new portable vacuums -one to replace my purchase, and an additional upgraded version. Both replacement vacuums are very efficient, with strong suctioning power, and long battery life. I couldn't be happier.I am particularly impressed with the amazing customer service - their desire to get things right, and their quick unsolicited solution.

This vacuum stopped working after about 7-8 months. Below was my original review:This is the perfect alternative to lugging out my big canister unit for minor cleaning in between my weekly vacuuming. I use it around the house to vacuum up hair after brushing, l”food spills, spot cleaning before company arrives, and even sucking up spiders and other critters...ewww. I bought this primarily for my car but it’s been amazing around the house. I find it has great suction too (not sure about those reviews saying it doesn’t). And I have no issues with charging because I’m obviously not trying to vacuum a rug with this though I charge the unit every so often. I’m not a huge fan of seeing what’s been vacuumed but its benefits more than outweigh that and I saw the picture before buying so I wouldn’t deduct a star for that. Overall it’s a great buy.

Incredible great design, quality, suction power, long duration battery run time, ergonomic feel when using. HOLLIFE produces a great product; is a pleasure to use. The best of all cordless vacs ever purchased; there have been a few over time from the usual name brands. The HOLIFE makes them all second or third rate. Is a pleasure to write this review; is not easy to get five plus stars from me; however the HOLIFE vac earns this in every regard. This is the one. No I do not work for these guys, paid the Amz price like everyone.

Suction is great but the smallest danger, dirt, powder substance will reduce suction immediately and don’t damage filter, you will have to find a face make up brush to clean the filter with and constantly do it, after every use. If this vacuum would have had a hepa filter it would have been great.

I could not remove the filter from the collection container for some reason. Since you are supposed to empty the container after every use and wash the filter, it made the Vacuum unusable. Returning it for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will work properly.

Strong suction. I’m not crazy about the charging cradle because it can’t be wall mounted

Its just ok. Had trouble getting dog hair out of my car with it but it sucks up regular dirt/crumbs pretty well. Filter and canister are easy enough to clean.

I’ve had this vacuum for only a few months and it has already lost its suction power. I have recommended this vacuum to SO many people and now I’m just annoyed.
