Some of the reviews complain about how the cheese is hot and ice packs melted on delivery. I can agree, but, I have to say, after refrigeration it’s perfect. Consistency, flavor, salt. All exceptional. This cheese is bomb!! Have loved it for years and just the very best!! Eating it for dinner 🤣

It has a black seed of sometime mixed in the cheese and it is off putting as it looks like mice turds. I pick them out. It tastes fine but I won’t buy it again.

I was introduced to this cheese my years ago. It was a much saltier version which I prefer please let me know where to get this.

Yes, I devoured this cheese within a week... but i could have eaten it in two days, it was so good... the texture, consistency, and the flavor was like heaven in the form of solidified milk... i think my mouth exploded the first time i tried it. Will definitely buy again (but the shipping is more than the product... oh well. worth it for its incredible taste! )

I am Armenian and grew up on string cheese. This cheese arrived warm, very liquidy, and I didn't realize it had fennel seeds in it till it arrived. Do not recommend this product.

Packaged well for shipping in warm weather. This is the original string cheese, which is loaded with flavor, unlike the mozzarella cheese sticks you purchase at the grocery store. Try this because it's the real deal!

Arrived warm and freezer pack and chees slkghtly warm and cheese had a slightly slimy feel and taste a bit off. Is it safe to eat? I had a bite and except forvery slight sour ast it reminded me why I love this cheese.
