E7018 3/32" - 1/8" - 5/32" x 10 lb Premium Arc Stick electrodes welding rod (1/8" X 14")

Arrived very well packaged. Rods are sealed in double plastic bags inside the plastic reusable container, which is also shrink wrapped in plastic. Rods ran very well with my Thunderbolt 225 home welder.

I use Lincoln rods all the time. But theses sapprised me the quality is very good .

I was a little leery of these ‘off brand’ rods but liked the price. They came sooner than expected, packaged well, and start an arc better than a lot of 7018 rods do. Arc is smooth and don’t splatter much. Used about 3 lbs. running vertical up on 1/4 “ plate. Not the best I ever run but for the price you will find little to dislike about them. I’ll be buying them again without a doubt. Foe what it’s worth I’ve been burning rod for going on forty years and tried them all at one point or another. These are not bad. If you can’t weld with them then stock of yourself, it’s not the rod that’s the problem.

If you suck at welding, 7018 is your go-to. If you are good at welding, you don't need my input.

7018 welding rod. Welded like other 7018s They are my favorite rods. Would but again.
