Good quality finish, good quality product

I bought this as a replacement for a door handle which had a broken return spring after nearly 30 years of use. I removed the old handle measured it and made a drawing so I knew what I wanted. When I started to shop I found almost no one gave dimensions except for L x W and occasionally the pv dimension. I was pleased with the lock I received, the chrome plating looked well prepared, smooth no pitting and a nice shine. The torsion spring for returning the handle looked a bit light weight, but time will tell. When I fitted the plate I found the pitch of the holes was about 2mm different from the existing holes. This did not create a major problem but would have been avoided if a drawing or dimensions had been given on the website. Overall I am pleased and would recommend this product, but please GIVE MORE INFORMATION.

Good value for money, easy to install but metal screws could have been better. Pleased with them, they look smart and are comfortable to use. Recommend.

Seems ok, 2 screw heads snapped and didnt even forced it, luckily i had some spare screws

So simple and easy to install. Gave my doors a completely new look. Love these! Great value for money

Door handle broke off a few days after it was fitted , not a door which is used all the time so not happy with the quality
