I’m a real person—and this really worked for me!I don’t usually leave reviews (this might be my first!), but I felt like I had to share my experience. I bought this detox tea because my daughter was graduating college, and I was determined to get under 170 pounds before the big day. I started at 175, had about two weeks, and wanted every little bit to count.For context, I already exercise regularly, watch what I eat, and don’t drink sodas—yet the weight just wouldn’t budge. Well, the morning of her graduation, I stepped on the scale and saw 169.4! I was thrilled.Now, let’s talk about the tea. I saw reviews comparing the effects to pregnancy contractions and intense cramping. Personally, I did experience some cramping (not intense like others), but it passed quickly—usually right after a bowel movement. Yes, you’ll find yourself going pretty much after every meal, and yes, that’s part of how the weight comes off. It really helps your system clear out.I ended up buying it a second time and am hopeful for continued results. If you’re looking for a little help with weight loss and don’t mind a bit of digestive urgency, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

This is my second order trying the other flavor now,of the night and day tea. I wanted to say I am happy with this, I have less hunger and cravings. I have been on a weight loss journey and I'm in my 50s now and it isn't the same to lose weight. I am no carbs for over a month I usually just stay the same weight. Taking this tea was a game changer I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and I want to keep going. One thing I do recommend is until you get use to the tea don't eat a big meal. I didn't read the directions on the night tea I was drinking it every night, I would some time wake up to go to the bathroom and it all came out at like 2 am..lol nothing like cramps or anything. I am getting use to the tea, and for the first time in a year I am less bloated and have a bit more energy. I am also perimenopause and this actually helped me alot. I would recommend this tea for anyone that needs a boost in there diet or weight loss journey.

Just got the product earlier today and tried the daytime tea. I was already preparing my body for the detox as I figured it would take me on a toilet rollercoaster lol. However, not the case at all. I definitely went to the restroom, but it was not painful or uncomfortable. The taste is really good and definitely suppressed my appetite for the day. I just made a night time tea. Let’s see what happens. So far, so good. 10/10

Quality is good. But the amount of leaves you get per tea bag isn’t consistent. I looked to see if maybe there was a hole with the bag on the right. There wasn’t.

I followed the directions. The package was delivered in the morning; I had a cup of morning tea only; the next day I had a cup of morning tea and then in the evening I had a cup of the evening tea; ** because of the package comments about Senna sensitivity I wanted to be safe as I didn’t know how it would effect me I only drank half a cup of the evening tea. The third day” before I could even have my morning tea I started having cramps similar to (for the women out there) contraction pains!Please do not buy the evening tea until you try a sample of a Senna based product other than this! Even though I only used it for two days before having the Senna tea, I went to return this item because obviously I can no longer drink it. When you click ‘return’ it says RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED for this product! A big waste of money for me. Don’t buy it unless you already know if you are or are NOT sensitive to Senna!

The day time tea is ok. I do notice digestive differences. The evening tea I'm not so hot with the taste. Taste like popouri. Still drink it though for the digestive.

I love this product. It’s smooth and it make me feel a little lighter

Gentle on the stomach, curbs unnecessary cravings, and tastes so good! Definitely buying again!
