Absolutely Fantastic Spice
Garlic Award Spice is an incredibly versatile spice for roasting and grilling. I use this spice as a rub on standing rib roast and sprinkled on grilled salmon. As the first reviewer has said it is also great on grilled vegies. Try it on grilled asparagus. Put the asparagus in a non reactive bowl with olive oil and the Garlic Award Spice about an hour before grilling. Grill the asparagus about six minutes turning to brown it a bit on all sides. Serve hot. There is really no better way to eat asparagus. Garlic Award Spice is great with beef, fish and vegetables.

Necessary in every kitchen!
Garlic Capital Products Award Mix with salt is amazing...I use it on roasted vegetables with some olive oil, and use it on vegetables before grilling. Took a huge 9x13 ceramic dish of roasted vegetables made like this to Christmas Dinner...and it disappeared, which is very unusual for vegetables (too bad, I was hoping for leftovers)! Anyway, it was a big hit. I'm sure there are other great uses I haven't even tried yet!
