Instruction Take a ball made of shungite, in the left hand, and the ball made of other material - steatite in the right one. Sit comfortably, legs uncrossed and put both hands on the knees, keeping them parallel to each other. Close your eyes and keep on concentrating. Duration of a treatment is individual. For optimum results, use the balls twice a day (morning and evening) for two-three weeks, followed by a break of one month. We do not recommend more than 7-10 minutes to hold the harmonizers. Even if you feel nothing, the harmonizers begin to work as soon as you take them in hand.
