5 Count Drink Up Smoothing Bio Cellulose Face Mask with Argan & Hibiscus

I travel a lot for work and always bring a sheet mask on the plane to keep my skin moisturized. Absolutely LOVE this one!! Easy to use, smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated for the entire day. Plus it's free of Parabens, etc and the company doesn't do animal testing for their products.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this even gets 1 star. For ME... This mask literally was glued to my face & pulled skin off when I was removing it. I've NEVER had happen with a sheet masks, so I was perplexed.... so I waited a week or so & tried it again, Sane thing! So I'm not sure what happened, but I bought this based on reviews, and others seem to love it. So I'm not sure if I got a defective box or what, but I really didn't want to try that again. Hopefully you guys have much luck! I hate & usually NEVER write a bad review, but I just wanted to write this as a caution & share my experience with this particular mask. I'd love to know if this happened to any others? Hopefully not, bc this is a great company and I do use some of their other products that I really enjoy! I did leave 3 stars because this company takes care of its customers issues promptly & that is definitely worth 5 stars, but I just couldn't give this product a real rating due to my experiences with this particular mask.

These are good mask if you’ve used these types of mask before. On the package it tells you it’s a gel mask, but the directions on the back aren’t clear. If I was a novice it would be very easy to use these mask incorrectly and inefficiently. The directions do not tell you to remove the outer layer of the mask, then put it on your face, then remove the second top layer to reveal the gel mask that should be left on your face like a second skin.The sent is actually pretty strong, it’s a slight coconut sent, but also there is something medical about the sent. I didn’t always like the sent. So when I put one on I’d have my ceiling fan going so it wouldn’t seem so strong. I bought these because I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the coconut jelly mask I usually use. These would be ok if it wasn’t for the strong smell and the lack of overall essence in the pack. My usual gel mask I use have a 20 min sit time. These are much less than that. So it is a great mask to use if you don’t have a lot of time to spare for masking.

It’s pretty impressive that you can feel the difference in your face after using this hydrating mask for just 5 minutes. It left my skin feeling much softer, tighter, and hydrated. It had a slight, pleasant scent. This is by far the best face mask brand that I have tried. Very happy with how this worked, and I’ll be using it again. I’d include a picture, but when I have this mask on, I look rather like one of the aliens in one of my video games, so I’m not going to traumatize anyone that way. 😉Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! I am a literal sheet mask expert and I rarely meet a mask I don't like. I was curious about this product as the price point is quite affordable for a biocellulose mask - but, it is definitely something I will never buy or use again. I always review the ingredient lists first on all my products and I was totally shocked to see phenoxyethanol (a common preservative used in skincare) as one of the most prominent ingredients in the mask. Typically you would find this much lower in the ingredient list behind all the beneficial ingredients, but in this mask contains way too much preservative. I have to wonder if this is what caused the burning sensation on the skin. The mask itself was very thin and tore easily. I'm throwing out the other 4 unused. Steer clear of this mask and try something else!

This mask did not impress. It was confusing when I opened the package. The actual mask is sandwiched between two protective sheets but the sheets are thicker than the actual mask and it's hard to pull apart. The mask wanted to stick to itself and it took a moment to get it smoothed out across my face. At first I felt a burning, tingling sensation but after a while it went from uncomfortable and began to feel like a good tingling. It wasn't relaxing but it was invigorating and energizing. No wonder it says leave on for only five minutes, because the mask was dried out by the time 5 minutes was up. When I peeled it off the mask tore and was tricky to get the pieces all off. Afterwards I was left with a sticky residue I had to wash off. After rinsing my skin did feel soft, refreshed, clean, and smooth — however I really didn't enjoy the whole process of using it compared to others I've tried.

This mask has the best scent. I am obsessed with it. The mask itself feels slightly textured on the one side. Not in an irritating way. Just most sheet masks I’ve used are smooth. The eye holes also need to be slightly larger. The sheet mask also feels slightly dry. Some masks have too much product on them. This one needs a bit more. Because of that, it doesn’t stay in place that well along my cheeks and chin. The mask dries up a little too quickly. Once the mask is removed my face feels a little sticky from the product. It takes a little while for that feeling to go away. I use face masks at night. The next morning this mask does make my skin look better and glow. So maybe they have just as much product on the mask as my skin needs.
