They fit, and are very smooth and quiet.
One of the toys in the garage uses this size bearing in the cooling fan motors. Original replacement motors are very expensive (thirty-plus year old German sports-touring car...), so it's an easy decision to rebuild the old original motors when the fans get noisy. In this service, the bearings see both radial and axial loading, which isn't perfect for single-row ball bearings. These skateboard wheel bearings should do fine, as the design loading is a lot higher than what the fans place on them. The ABEC 9 quality means these are noticeably smoother and quieter than even the new original bearings. Hopefully, that's enough to keep the 180MPH+ German skateboard cooling quietly.
