Ohhh my heart! I love this book! So from the heart! Well written poetry! Beautiful writer!

Thus book was literally like the author was in my head living my current life... this was so therapeutic and helpful, and just beautiful and well written. A must read honestly for all. Everyone can relate to this at some point in their life.

This woman is a hero and we women need people like her! So inspiring and uplifting and touching.

I love this author. She has a brilliant mind and I could listen to her speak for hours. She has wisdom far beyond her years. It's literally like she's some wise being from another place and time. Her words heal my heart and soul. There is a woman plagarizing her work, so please buy from the source of these beautiful thoughts via this brilliant author.

I am crying because this book spoke to the wounds in me that have been begging to heal itself. It spoke to the girl in me that needs nurturing from the woman in me. It spoke to my bones, to my veins, to my heart- all the places that have been craving love from all the wrong places- only to realise that love was at the core of my existence all along. I am my home. I am looking from my problems from the sky, and they do look a lot smaller now. Thank you Najwa. Thank you for sharing your journey- to help us heal. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Everyone has some sort of pain that needs acknowledgement.

I absolutely loved this. I need to read more poetry. Najwa gets deep into your soul, and for someone like me who has been through a painful divorce it is definitely a healing salve for your spirit.

Be ready. Its a must read for sure

Best book I have ever read to internalise the intense trauma and pain as a victim recovering from pathological narcissistic abuse. Najwa Zebian is a very sincere and beautiful soul that wrote this from her heart obviously with a painful story behind her that she had forged into a guide and reference of soulfull wisdom.

A wonderful book I have never come across and THE FIRST BOOK THAT I HAVE COMPLETED READING SO FAR, I have got the motivation to read more of her books and other books too!!! An Inspirational book!!! I will read it again for sure!!

This book came in great condition, and on time. I can say with hand on heart that this is my favourite book of all time. I have been going through really rough times and these words spoke to me. The author is an amazing writer and a kind individual. I literally have a sticky note on 98% of the pages. Ive just been going through a break up and this book guided me in to staying true to my self and being kind because my actions say alot about me. Overall i will be recommending this to all of my friends
