Easy to switch but need a big bucket and a strong grip.

Easy installation and noticeable benefits
This was extremely easy to install in our apartment. The silver part is actually plastic, and feels flimsy, but works totally fine once installed. The biggest benefits have definitely been for my hair and skin. I feel less of a build up / residue after using this filter. I’m going on six months and it’s still going strong.

Arrived Defective
The media could not be loaded. The chrome fitting is sitting loose from the housing/body of the filter, allowing for a significant leak. Installation instructions were followed exactly. For the price, one would expect a better quality product. Amazon customer service has graciously offered a whopping $16.31 partial discount. Given how poorly Amazon "rectified" the issue, and how cheaply made the product is, I would not recommend buying this filter.

This item does not work!
This item is a ripoff, the shower head is easy to install, but it doesnt work. When I did the water test, it still shows that the water is NOT being filtered. What a waste of money.

Love this product
My hair and skin feel softer with this in our shower. We have been using this product for 3 or 4 years now and I definitely recommend. Our skin absorbs 1 litre (I think) of water a day from showering. It’s important to filter out chlorine and other chemicals. And I also love that my hair is softer and healthier now.
