Great Baking (or Eating) Chocolate with High Cacao Content
i have special recipes calling for cooking chocolate with a high cacao content (70% and up). This is a very high quality brand that I recommend without qualification. It's expensive, but it's worth it.

Pretty good
Product came in sealed clear plastic pouch, not Valrhona bag as shown. Pieces are dull in finish , didn’t expect shine but they look a little old. Pretty good taste with an interesting finish. Probably will work well for cooking
