Very disappointing for the price.
After months feeling guilty that I hadn't yet reviewed this extremely expensive potion, provided to me free of charge, I finally put it in the bin, and breathed a sigh of relief. It's not that I didn't try it. There is *some* evidence that demodex mites (which otherwise live harmlessly on our skin) *might* be implicated in rosacea. There's also some evidence that tea tree oil, which is an ingredient in this, is effective against demodex mites. So I'm not rejecting the theory out of hand. But frankly, I hated the product, and found it ludicrously overpriced. The neat solution stung horribly. I would not describe my skin as extremely sensitive, or even sensitive, yet found myself having to follow the instructions for "extremely sensitive" skin and dilute with five parts water, at which point it still stung slightly. Considering the price tag, I expected it to be a premium product, with a much more pleasant user experience. There are no provided accessories to perform the necessary dilution if you turn out to be sensitive to it. You're meant to use it as a mist spray, but you only get the one spray-bottle it comes in, so if you need to use it diluted, you'll have to provide your own spray-bottle for the watered-down version. Luckily, I happened to have one lying around that I sometimes use to mist my hair, so didn't have to buy one, but when you get a £150+ product, you don't expect to have to furnish your own bits and pieces to use it properly, because you can't use it straight out of the bottle! And did I mention it stinks? Fragrance is highly subjective, so some users might not mind, but I don't like it at all. It smells quite medicinal - possibly a combination of lemon and tea tree. I felt under a moral obligation to persevere, because that's my job as a reviewer. But as the time drew near to apply it each evening, I found myself wanting to less and less. I started skipping treatments, and eventually gave up altogether, because I hadn't seen any improvements that might overcome my dislike. If it was around a tenth of the price, I might suggest giving it a go: what would you have to lose? But I feel the current list price of £152.10 is exploiting people's desperation. Any skin condition is distressing, so the temptation can be strong to try anything. But I'd start by speaking to a doctor, or maybe just getting some tea tree oil.

Expensive but Works Slowly
I have only used this product a short amount of time but so far it seems quite good. I think it has helped, although it may just be a placebo, and I have yet to see any major changes but it may get better over time. It comes nicely packaged and in a spray bottle that makes it easy to apply. It is quite expensive but I think it is slowly working. Overall, I would probably recommend.

can't see if this works
I've been struggling with hair loss and an itchy scalp alongside some dandruff for a while and was hoping that this demodex treatment would help. I've been using it for over 3 weeks now and must say that I've seen no difference at all. I might have to use it for longer but so far I can't tell if it does help at all to be honest. It is easy to use and I like gentle on the skin and good and natural ingredients which are friendly to the environment in addition to being free of Paraben, Gluten, Silicone, SLES, SLS, Artificial Colours and Cruelty-Free.

Effective but takes a while
At first I was a little unsure of this product as I kept using it again and again without seeing any results. However, after a while (about a week or so) I noticed that it did start having a noticable improvent. Continuing on with the treatment I found that things got better and better and I have not seen any signs whatsoever that that was about to change anytime soon. This is the first time I have tried to rid myself of this and actually seen a real tangible result at the end that wasn't just a temporary reprieve. This alone is why I have given it such a high hope, but that doesn't mean I don't have any grievences. Obviously I feel the price is a little high, especially if things were to come back eventually, and the application is very daunting and fraught with stress. This has nothing to do with the product itself though as it is just the nature of the treatment. Overall I think that this is a huge investment to make, but since it is the first and so far only treatment that has really done anything, I think it is well worth the money.

not a miracle product, expensive, effective yes.
Ungex Pro‑Demodex Treatment often called “PDT" is a natural, leave‑on formula designed by Ungex Pty to combat Demodex mites both on the body, skin, face, eyelids, scalp and within your environment, bedding, towels, brushes This is a scary application, easy to spare the effected areas. This is not an overnight fix, it will take sometime for any signs of improvement, I’m seeing some improvement, but its easy days. It’s not cheap, and I’m not sure its value for money, I’d speak with a Pharmacy first, they probably have similar that is cheaper This seems to be a good product, not a miracle product, expensive, effective yes.

No improvement over 60 days
I saw no improvement in my rosacea after using this product for 60 days. On some days it did begin to look better but with no change in routine I'd be back to square 1, meaning that this product wasn't very effective. For the £150+ price tag, you expect results.

Soothing spray that applies cleanly
The spray applies easily with a light mist and dries without stickiness. Designed for skin affected by irritation or Demodex-related issues, it feels soothing on contact. Too early to see full results, but it has been gentle with no noticeable side effects. Packaging is clear and practical.

Waste of money. It didn’t kill the demodex on my face
