Quality door security
I likes the weight and solidity of the metal .I thought the screw fixings could be improved to match the strength and weight of the door bar and its receiver .perhaps with a type of locked in screw in a form of an umbrella metal plug that expands with grips when the screw is inserted?

It looks solid and was easy to install but to me the length of the wider trimmed section is too large compared to the ball. Anyway dimension wise the product I received does not match the photo of the vendor. Hopefully this won't be an issue. Fingers crossed.

Well worth the money. Solid, secure, safe
Well worth the money. Had one before and it wasn’t solid silver, cheap make. This is much better, feel more secure, has a modern look Well worth the money for extra peace off mind.

OK for the price.
Quality is below average, but it's very cheap. Word of warning, use different screws - even after pre-drilling pilot holes, one of the screws snapped clean off.

drill hole straight and need 28mm bit
you need a 28mm drill bit an odd size really but available on AMAZON , BTW drill a 3 or 4 mm pilot hole first as it will help reduce the bite into wood And as it's a snug fit hole must be straight! no left right uo or down or it will not sit flush a small spirit level will help or s drill incorporating one .my hole slightly leaning right so had to ream out from inside door to allow it to locate screw to flush fit phew !
