Bear Motion Premium 100 percent Genuine Leather Case for Kindle Fire HD 7 Inch Tablet Cover with Loop for Stylus - Green

I asked for a KFHD for Christmas back in October of 2012. I began my search for the perfect accessories, most importantly a case. I made a list of the features that were important to me in a case. They included: 1. Study construction: I can be a clutz and want to know that the case will offer some protection. 2. Quality construction and materials. I didn't want it to fall apart easily. 3. Good fit for the Kindle with access for ports. I also was concerned about the sound being muffled because of the case. 4. A stand for viewing or reading hands free. 5. No elastic closures and no elastic holding the KFHD in place! It wears and it not reliable. 6. Wake/sleep options when opening and closing case. 7. A stylus holder. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was a big plus. Money was not an option, I was willing to spend a lot to get what I wanted. I looked for months at the options. I found something wrong with each case I looked it. We even went to a few stores, and I drove my husband crazy with how picky I was about the case. I was about to settle for something I didn't want when, on a whim, I searched one more time and came across this one. Some of the negative reviews worried me, but it had every feature I wanted at a price that was unbeatable, so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did. After I received it, I expected the case to need time to break in and fit properly. However, it fit like a glove from the moment I slid the KFHD in. The cover closes well. There are magnets in both cover and the base to keep it closed. It doesn't ever fall open. I like that I don't have to fasten or unfasten the case. The sleep/wake feature works perfectly. I couldn't believe the quality for the price. It's made better than some well known brands. The leather is soft and the color is great. This case is sturdy enough to protect my KFHD from some harm. I think it would be safe if dropped from a short distance. Although, I have no plans of testing this theory. The ports are easy to access, and the sound is not muffled at all. The stand is great in a horizontal or vertical position. The stylus holder works well with out being obtrusive. If I am not using a stylus and choose not to carry it around the holder doesn't distract or bother me. After searching for months, I finally have found a case that meets all my demands. I love it! I would love to have it in other colors, and can see my self buying another one for some variety in color. It would be great to have more options for colors. However, I do like the green that I purchased, and have no complaints about it.

I bought a Bear Premium cover for my Kindle Fire about 2 years ago. I use it every day, several times a day, not to mention cart it around in the depths of my purse (that resembles a black hole), and the case is still all in one piece. So, why did I buy a NEW cover? My original one, while still in exceptionally good shape, was a sort of maroon/purple. There were numerous times when I went looking for my Kindle, and it seemed to just blend right in with the things surrounding it - I've even left it work a couple of times and feared it would disappear into a bag while the cleaning crew was there that night. It was always right where I left it the next morning because it just blended right in. I decided I needed something a little more visual, so went back to Bear Premium and purchased a lime green case. I find my Kindle much easier now, and it has not been left behind at work since I've gotten it. The leather case is protective, strong and I love the hinge to hold the Kindle up while I eat my lunch. There's not one bad thing I can think of about these cases. Even love the magnets that turn the Kindle on as soon as you open the case. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely. Quality materials, extremely good price and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. What's not to like? The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I want people to continue to make their products to try and get me to give them 5 stars. This one gets 4.9 stars. You're close Bear Motion...

I have a leather case from my older Kindle and it has held up very well. I wanted a genuine 100% leather case for my Kindle Fire HD and found this. Gorgeous, elegant and very well made. The color green is very pretty and bright. Recently I was at the hair salon and I mentioned I got a Kindle Fire for Christmas and several people brought their Kindles out and by far mine had the nicest case. Everyone wanted to know where I got the case and the name which I shared. The only suggestion I have is I wish the flap could be turned the other way and stand up so the charging cord did not get in the way when one is watching videos etc. It would be nice to have bands on the outside front of the case like they have on the inside then you could use it both ways and this would also help the speaker sound as it wouldn't be impeded by two layers of leather. I have seen some brands of cases that have multi viewing options so one could charge on the side. All in all this is a great case and with a few design changes would be perfect!

This has been a trusty case for my Kindle. It fits nicely, and has protected well. After months of use, standard wear and tear is visible. The green has rubbed off on some of the edges as well as some cracking along the holes that accomodate the ports. The magnets that keep the case closed have come unglued and move around a bit in the leather. (This does not affect how the case closes) All of this case's flaws are cosmetic and insignificant. I recommend it!

The Bear Motion cover I purchased for my Kindle Fire is indeed a bit stiff, but the reviews were assuring that it would loosen up with age. The problem I'm having is that the opening at the bottom of the cover for the on/off button does not line up; I have to reach my finger in and over to access it, or pull the Kindle out a bit and bypass the cover. A bit frustrating.

Great case for the price. The color is nice and not too neon-y. I've had this case for about 2 months now and it still looks brand new, and I take it with me to work everyday.The Kindle is very easily removed, and the holes are perfectly positioned for access to all the buttons and charging/hdmi slots. I also appreciate the holes that were put in so the speakers weren't completely covered that would resort in distorted sound.Overall, a great case at a great price with no complaints here.
