Definitely delicious Italian candy ! Comes very fresh and tasty - I should know since I am Italian. Price is right and delivery is always fast. I order this constantly !

We grew up with another brand and I decided to take the plunge with Ferrara and try it. Upon opening the top (which is a lift up flap) the blue colored boxes were all lined up. There are vanilla, orange and lemon flavors. I tried the vanilla. Opened the little box and inside was a sealed metallic bag which held the goody. It was a good size, for Torrone, and upon the first bite the rice paper wafer was fresh, the nougat was sweet but not sickeningly and the almonds were toasted and crisp. Then the childhood memories flooded in - I'm sitting at the long, dining table with the credenza behind me and I'm facing the front window looking out at a winter day. The women in the kitchen doing dishes and cleaning up after a huge meal, the Italian chatter ebbs and flows, the men watching the Christmas sports in the other room, and me sneaking the first tastes of Torrone enjoying bite after bite of the delicate goodness. Memories in a box and this brand didn't fail.

the most delicious torrone you have ever tasted! I love the fact that this confection comes with torrone in three flavors: vanilla, lemon and orange. my favorite is the orange flavor believe it or not. I find the orange flavor to leave a nice, fresh taste to the palate. if you are a traditionalist, then i recommend the vanilla flavor. believe me it does not disappoint. also, these come individually wrapped (making them sanitary especially to little hands who can't wait for torrone each year) and in bite size portions making it a great "gift" for your holiday party/dinner guests to take home with them and not to mention that they are quite economical or "purse-friendly" for the host. I find that each portion leaves you quite satisfied and does not make you feel guilty indulging in italian gourmet goodness at all. in fact, I find the taste to be quite light and not heavy at all. just remember that the piece of torrone is meant to be eaten as is. all of it is edible. my recommendation is to purchase the multi-pack and enjoy!!!

Soft and delightful

While the product is a high quality product, I did not expect to spend $44 on ONE box! Amazon, please respond!!

Pretty good, but a tad on the sweet side for moi. Soft but not too chewy, some might prefer it this way more than others. It comes with 18 pieces in 3 flavors: Lemon, orange, and vanilla. I heart the lemon and orange ones. Nuts inside don’t have much tastes to them, though. Don’t mean to be finicky but I would them even more with fresher tasting nuts. As another has mentioned, it doesn’t show an used-by date so be sure to finish them soon.
