This stuff is awesome. It is a little pricey for the amount, but it really helps wounds heal faster and has antibacterial properties. It does not irritate sensitive or thin skin. The smell is pleasant also. I will always keep this on hand.

I’ve been struggling with an incision for weeks. It was always red and inflamed and just wouldn’t close. This is the difference overnight. I can’t believe it. I’m so grateful for this product. It took the burn and pain away overnight and it’s already starting to heal much better. I don’t know why more doctors don’t recommend this. I wish I had thought of it weeks ago and I wouldn’t have had to buy all these bandages and stuff and get burns from reaction to the medical tape, etc. etc. thank you so much for this. before and after photos over just one night.

This ointment works wonders on minor burns! When I heard about how well Manuka Honey works at healing burns & cuts, I had to try it. This is my 3rd purchase of this product because it does help to heal any minor burns or cuts I have. I don’t know what it is that makes it work so well, but it’s natural Manuka Honey. I only wish that it was less grainy & sticky, but I guess that’s the texture of honey. I’d prefer if they made it more like a cream, but covering with a bandaid keeps it from getting all over me. I would take a star off, but I can’t because it really works even if it can be messy.

It was excellent. The wound showed improvement within 12 hours. It was an infected big toe and the nail had to be trimmed down almost to nail bed.

This stuff is amazing! I had a second degree burn on my foot and used this. You can’t even tell it was burned. I also used it on a nasty cut I got on my finger from a grater (hurt like h***, don’t recommend). It was almost fully healed by day two. Lastly, I used it on a dry patch of skin that I just couldn’t get to go away. I tried all kinds of moisturizers and it just kept itching and just didn’t seem to break the dry skin barrier. I decided to try it as a last ditch effort before going to the dermatologist. Once again, by day two it was pretty much gone. The cons? Yes, it is sticky but what else would you expect from a “honey” based salve. And, yes, it is pricey BUT it works! Who wouldn’t want to pay double for something that actually works than half price for something that doesn’t. As for the amount; a little goes a long way! I don’t anticipate using the whole thing within the next year and would want a fresh tube within the next 2 years. With that being said, I think the amount is perfect. Word from the wise, ditch the Neosporin (neomycin) and give this stuff a try. You won’t regret it!

The product itself has been very successful in helping treat a surgical wound. The packaging is terrible though. The first one I ordered was crystallized (ouch, like applying sand to an open wound). And the second one has an ounce of product in a 4oz tube. The honey leaks everywhere and the dead volume makes it take forever to shake the honey down to the opening. Once you get it to the opening, it starts pouring out everywhere. I actually just put it into a small disposable cosmetic container bc I got so fed up. 4/5 for product, 1/5 for packaging. Still would purchase again due to the success I’ve had with it though

This is an absolute must for everyone’s first aid kit. It is amazing. It somehow speeds up the healing process. I was recommended it by my daughter in law when I had really bad cat bites and I couldn’t believe the results. A must have
