Been using this for years and it has never let me down. Be careful not to get it on the fixtures as I think it would mess up the finish. I use a funnel to pour the granules. And be sure to pour water slowly making sure it does not foam up onto the metal drain ring in the tub.

Works Realy Well!!
I purchased this drain cleaner after a previous issue with my main pipe to the street. I wanted to have something, safe for PVC Piping, on-hand in case another clog issue arose. Recently, it did in a big way!My kitchen sink somehow clogged in a quick and big way! I tried a home remedy using baking soda and vinegar with zero results. I then grabbed my bottle of "Talon Drain Cleaner" and used according to directions.The first try was with only warm water. It did not work as the directions said it would but, I did not use hot water either.I got two pots out and filled them with hot water from another sink. I also put them on the stove to get them just short of boiling hot since I have PVC Piping.Despite cold water backed up in the sink, I poured the first hot pot of water into the drain. I then applied again the correct measure of "Talon Drain Cleaner". After one minute I poured the other hot pan of water into the drain and I got some white foam that came to the top. Still no draining.Since I did this late at night, I left it that way and went to bed. When I woke up, the sink and the drain was clear!! I did a third application to remove any dried on remains. My drain has been flowing really well ever since!!I probably should have called a plumber but, letting it stand over night was the trick I needed for this really bad clog. I have already purchased another bottle to have on-hand in case another clog comes my way.It is a bit expensive but!, it really does work where other means and methods do not. So, in my opinion, it is well worth the cost.

Works great
This is the BEST drain opener for some of the worst clogs! Just be careful, wear gloves, a mask, and possibly eye protection. This stuff is no joke. I got a tiny bit on my hand and it felt like someone was burning me with hot metal. The fumes can irritate your lungs and eyes especially if you have to stand over the drain while using the product. Despite the safety precautions, I have never had this product not work!

This stuff is amazing!!
This product was recommended by a licensed plumber who said it was the best drain cleaner on the market. He was right and my slow drains have never been so clear. This is a must have item but be careful not to get it near your eyes or to inhale the fumes.
