Best male incontinence aid I have found
Wonderful item for any man with urinary incontinence. I have been using these since 2011, after my prostate cancer surgery. They are moderately comfortable, just need to readjust every once and a while. They easily earn a 5 star rating.

Avoid the embarrassment
Do not buy. This item does not work for incontinence. It will open stop a drip. The clamp does not work effectively. Avoid the embarrassment.

Great for that minor seepage or trickle/squirt.
Exception use. Not noticeable through trousers or jeans. Made to prevent seepage/trickle and also to catch any trace that gets by. Only minor issue is, depending on the girth of the appendage, long term (hours) wearing may get uncomfortable from a binding feel.

Do not recommend. Uses a very tight clamp.
Clamp is tight. Does not absorb, more like a small baggie that holds liquid. Not sure why it is not more flexible.

I found these to be a bit uncomfortable, for me anyway. It works but it also pinches,me. It's all up to you.

Works well. If you want, cut bag off and use clamp for weeks with little or no leakage

not much success first use but will try again
Only tried once so far so I may not have the hang of it but it was hard to keep plastic open in order to put on. also pinched quite a bit.
