The product was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, right? I found it to be of the highest quality. Personally, I loved the flavors, especially the cashew smoothie. This is the second time I have purchased the cleanse. I am a teacher working at home in quarantine and want to eat well and control my calories. I also want to take a break now and then from meat. I really love this product and will use it again.

I agree with many of the other reviews about the juices being high in sugar, carbs and some fat. The calories are not high. Some of the juices are 150 calories, the highest 367 calories however if you’re only drinking the juices you’re not consuming more than 1000 calories per day. And it’s 100 % juice so it’s very nutritious.I did the 3 day “cleanse” and it was very easy to do because these are filling rich juices. They are made so well. I loved it so much that I doubled up and did an additional 3 days making it a 6 day process. I was very pleased. My body & mind felt amazing.Figure out what you need for yourself. I needed to be able to not think about food, not feel deprived or hungry and be able to work out. I accomplished all three. Felt great after the 3rd day so I kept going. Very pleasantly surprised.

I was looking for a three day juice cleanse when this popped up, since I was on my phone I didn’t do the research I should have - my mistake. However, since this did pop up I figured it would be similar. These are extremely high calorie and high sugar, for something that is supposed to be natural. It says 3 day in the title description, who would ingest this many calories and sugar, in 3 days. Misleading.

Do not buy if looking to detox!!!This is high in fat carbs and sugar- things that should be eliminated during detox.I asked to return but can’t as I drank 2 bottles without looking at the back nutrition panel!!!

Has more calories and sugar than the picture goes bad extremely quick
