The Real Deal
This tastes like Italy. Gee, I wonder why? The flavors are wonderful and I use this brand exclusively on my pizzas made in the Chefman, which I also just reviewed. No additions needed. Don't cook it, just use it straight out of the pretty can.I had taken a Pizza Class presented by 2 chefs here in Santa Fe, NM. They strongly recommended buying Italian pizza flour and sauce. That's what we worked with in the cooking class with stunning results. And I've been able to duplicate those results here at home using those same products. Italian pizza flour is also available here at Amazon. Try it, if you haven't. Big difference. And I know about cooking and yeast dough.Delighted that Amazon offers these Italian imports for us. Delivery was fast and the product was well packaged and protected. That's one reason why I keep doing business with Amazon. I love the competence, efficiency, offerings and fairness when returns are necessary.

A delicious product tho the cans were all dented
A very fine product though like other reviewers said, the cans were all pretty much dented with the exception of one out of six. Apparently these are cans not suitable for sale at the store commercially but the product inside is fine, no ruptured cans. Really delicious when making your own pizzas at home

Fantastic pizza sauce. Great flavor.
I grew up on NYC Pizza. The best of the best. Ray’s Famous, Grimaldis , Patsy’s. It’s imported from Italy so no worry about inflammation of your joints from non gmo tomatoes. Great taste.

Finally found a winner. Not watery like most..Imported is a good thing these days, non-gmo country like Italy.. Great taste so much so it's not just for pizza..Great on meatball and sausage Parmesan sandwiches.. Already going to order my second case..

Love Mutti, but this is meh
These guys have a really really really good tomato products but for the pizza sauce, I wouldn’t consider this my favorite product that they make. It’s just ok. It seems a bit salty for what it is. And it seems to be a little bit lacking on the flavor for what a pizza sauce should be, and this is coming from an American, so if your European or something like that and maybe this is perfect for you.

Best canned or bottled pizza sauce bar none
I don't post many reviews. Too busy. But like many people, I went into the wormhole of wanting to make pizza at home and then trying to choose among the seemingly infinite brands of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. This is one of only 2 or 3 canned/bottled sauces I've tried that tastes truly fresh rather than like something processed. It is more of a margherita sauce, meaning it lets a few simple, natural ingredients speak rather than being chocked full of excessive amounts of seasoning and sugars like more guttural sauces. Every time I open a can, I can't believe how fresh it tastes. A shame this isn't readily available in grocery stores in US, and single cans can often be prohibitively expensive online. Order a larger pack if you need to, this stuff is that good, and no one has paid me directly or indirectly to say that.
