Dirty Like Jude: A Dirty Rockstar Romance (Dirty, Book 5) Kindle Edition

If you read book 2.5, then you know Jude and Roni have history. Plus, Jude is extra hot in their bleep on the radar little story there. So I could not wait to finally get to their book. The heat level is definitely there. There is also a lot of back and forth between Jude and Roni, some very deeply rooted trust issues on both sides, and things done out of spite. The whole thing made me really sad. In the end, even though the love was there, it felt like it was dysfunctional. It didn’t really feel like Jude was over Roni’s sleeping around with his friends/brother in a low time in their knowing each other. And Roni didn’t seem to be completely over Jude’s harsh words to her when they were really young. Those words really shaped who Roni became in the long run, causing her to act out of spite just to prove him right. Just sad and messed up, the whole thing.

I bought the series but decided to skip this book completely. Roni is a whore and I feel like Jude deserves someone who hasn’t slept with the entire Vancouver. Jude has a sense of loyalty and family values no matter what he does and Roni seems to be only loyal to whoever c*** she has fallen on at the moment.

I wanted to love this book, but it was just ok for me. This was Jude and Roni’s story. They danced around each other a whole lot in this book. But all worked out in the end. I loved the first two books in this series. Skipped the third and fourth, because I wasn’t all that interested in Seth and Dylan. I am going to read Zane and Maggie’s story next. I sure hope it doesn’t disappoint.

I recently found Jaine Diamond’s Dirty Series and fell in love with her writing style and her characters. I read the other books in the series (KU) in less than a week, and went back and purchased all of them. Could not wait for Dirty Like Jude so I volunteered to review as an ARC reviewer. I am so honored!I wish that I could give this book and the others in the series more than 5 stars! Jaine Diamond has created a group of complex characters that you will easily fall in love with. It is obvious that she knows her characters well, her story lines are consistent, and her characters stay true to themselves throughout each book. Although he is not a member of the band, Jude is an essential character in this series. Both he and Roni are a big part of the whole picture and this was the perfect time to tell their stories. Just like the other characters in the series they have their own personal issues. Jude struggles with responsibilities in two different worlds that he tries to keep separate but always collide; and Roni is linked to both of his worlds. Their love story has covered a decade of hate, betrayal, heartache, and misunderstandings. There are a lot of twist and turns, angry moments, happy moments, and moments when I cried. This series is amazing and Dirty Like Jude did not disappoint! Can’t wait for the next in the series!Please hurry! I need Ash!

To be honest, I was not excited about Roni and Jude’s story, probably because they were barely in the other books (except the short story). Roni just didn’t seem that interesting to me from the other stories, but she gets more depth here. I don’t like how she’s dealt with her past, but Jude, Dirty’s head of security, overlooks it. The chemistry between them when they get together is hot. I really enjoy the author’s writing style and how she builds up the characters. All in all, I enjoyed the book, but it was not my favorite of the series. I love the series, and I definitely recommend checking them out.

I loved loved LOVED reading about Jude and V. Their story is both a classic and very steamy. I love how Jude progresses from a scarred tough guy to reveal he actually has a heart after all. I also love how V realizes that she is not any less of a person just because she loves Jude. I love the Dirty series and this is definitely one of the best ones so far! You will very quickly become attached to the characters and you will not be able to put your Kindle down!

Wowza what a book. We've been waiting to see what would happen with Jude and Roni, would they finally get together? Would he finally notice her? Would she finally stop running from her feelings for him? Yeah not gonna answer these questions for you lol, read it yourself to find out. But wow what a book. To say that I loved it, um kinda think thats apparent. But there again, I love all of this series. Zane is up next, case you were wondering, and hopefully one day sooooon, we'll finally find out what happens with Ash ... yes Mrs. Diamond that is a hint lol.

I have read every book in this series and have LOVED them all! I wasn't quite sure how I'd feel about this book since I didn't have a great connection with these characters in the previous books. Their history/story was introduced and explained and I quickly fell in love. As always, quality writing, great love story and plenty of sexy scenes! I'm anxiously awaiting Zaine's book and have been the entire series!!

OMG what a fantastic series, of the Band Dirty, the series tells the tales of each of the Band members, their role in the band, what they all get up to, their love life, and the ups and downs of being on their roads trips, and the wonderful loyalty to each other, this is one series I’m keeping in my archive, so I can read this series over and over again, I loved this band and had a good laugh, cry, and heartache that they went through together, you end up cheering them on and wanting them all to have their happy ending.

I have just ordered Book 6, finished Book 5 this morning. Rough, tough but responsible Jude, and feisty, sexy Roni. Totally the right balance. I am loving this series of books. Let’s see what Zane & Maggie have to offer...! Can’t wait.X

This is the 5th book in the series and I have to say i loved it. The snippets in earlier books between Roni and Jude drove me batty and I have been waiting to get the full story on the 2 characters. I was not dissapointed. It was by far the best storyline - I was so consumed I read it in one sitting! I don’t think Roni has been shown in a particularly favourable light, especially in Dirty Like Brody (2nd book in the series). I loved Jude he is such a contradiction - he seems so reserved and at times cold. Getting the background on his relationship with Roni and his feelings for her and their explosive chemistry set this book apart for me. Can’t wait for Dirty like Zane, we will finally get the full story behind Zane and Maggie.

This is one of my favourite, by this point in the series the books should be getting weak but they seem to just get stronger. The way the characters played out in this one was very clever.

I loved the flash backs and the complicated history Roni and Jude have. This is a hot book. So hooked on this series. Will be devastated when it's all over. But it's not over yet! Yay! Dirty like Zane up next.
