Highly recommended
A must have book for all who strive for prevention of disease and seek non prescription remedies. Understanding the root cause of symptoms is explained so well in this book. Also products that you can trust is listed in" Name Brands" that are available on line or in stores and in single herbs or formulas. I love the authors and this book is great. I have many "health books" and this is up to date knowledge and not from the reason of selling their own products. I recommend this affordable awesome book that's worth the price. I will recommend to all my friends who are in natural healing or anyone interested in non prescription solutions to enjoying everyday life!

Five Stars
I love this book! It's so easy and straight forward and there have been very few questions that I can't find answers to about an herbal solution. The author presented other material at a conference I attended about a year ago and I knew this book was a must have. I use it nearly every day. My only question - when is it available electronically? I'm away quite a bit and taking it with me, just because of size, is unrealistic. Sure would love to have it on my iPad or Kindle!

great book!
Wow! what a great book. constantly looking up things for reference. the book is broken down into different sections on how want to look up your problem. it will then give you different ways to address your issue from herbs to essential oils. if my family or friends mention something that is wrong with them this is my "go to" book.very glad that I purchased this book

Excellent reference book
Thomas Easley and Steven Horne provide short but well thought out overviews of various health conditions, considerations for treatment, single herbs and formulas, including many of the "better" brand pre-packaged formulations available on the market. Excellent quick-reference guide to conditions, treatments, and products.

A MUST HAVE
I consider this my go-to source for any health challenges that arise. These two gentlemen have an amazing understanding of how the body works and how to help the body heal itself.

Not worth the paper it is printed on :(
I was very excited to read this book but sadly it is over-hyped by reviews. This book is for the most BASIC BEGINNER. Most of the information can be found from quick google search. There are NO doses, almost no research, few explanations. There is no way you could use this book without having to buy another ( better) book. I have many herbal books, all with something unique to teach about herbs. This book is one of the worst I have seen. I wonder why the authors even bothered to create such a redundant waste of paper.Disappointed.
