Nice quality charging cable.
Great length to the cable. Works to charge with the official PS4 controller. Not used it on third party controllers so cannot say if it will work for those. Not sure yet if it will synch the pads as all my pads are already synced to the system. Seems good quality at least comparable to the cables that came with the console.
