do NOT buy this as it is useless in the United States
I gave their 3000 watt 110 inverter 5 stars, so I think my review is fair.This won't operate any of my 240 volt appliances in the US. They all detect a fault when directly plugged into an inverter, and when plugged into a Reliance transfer switch to my circuit box, they no longer detect a fault but NONE of them will operate. I suspect this is meant for the European market only, and this is not specified in the item description.If you live in North America, do NOT buy this as it is useless.

You Should Know Before You Buy This Product, 'why?'
It not for North American 220 Volts because US version 220 volts is not world version 220 volts. North American 220 volts is 2, 110 volts such as 1 is black (HOT) red is another (HOT) = to 220 volts + 1 GROUND. In Europe and Asia version 220 volts is single hot line + 1 neutral and 1 ground, 1 more problem: They are not on 60 HERTZ, they are on 50 Hz. I do understand, Peru has 220 volts with 60 Hz. Reason why I put down only 3 Stars because it is limited frequency. Only if this inverter has switchable from 50 Hz. to 60 Hz. Nimble company will sell even more inverters. You plug in 220 volt fan with induction motor that is rated 50 Hz. your 220 volt fan will run even faster than normal.
