very impressed
When my Jabra stopped working properly I needed a replacement immediately. I knew I was taking a chance, but never had a second of regret. I would buy it again in heartbeat

Not the most comfortable
Once opened, the earpieces don't sit flat on your ears. Everything else seems OK. The Flashing mute light is a little annoying.

I needed this for work to periodically SKPE with my boss, so it works for that. Good sound and good price.

The left ear is not working (started to work!)
I have Windows 10. After the automatic installation, headset is ready to go. Unfortunately, the left ear is not working at all. I tried to find a support page or drivers for the device but I could not. The only page which is available just describes the products. The download section is just empty.Too bad. I would not recommend this purchase.Update, the left ear started to work. I think there was a glitch in a software, not sure why it stared to work. I increased a number of stars as product is finally functional.

Not comfortable fit
When I slid the earpieces together to fit the width of my head, they were bent outward at a slight angle which wasn't comforatable on the ears and cannot be bent to adjust because of the plastic sides reaching up along the metal slide frame.

Works great!
I bought this for when I telework at home. I am able to connect to my laptop, join meetings, great quality, and easy to adjust and mute. It's comfortable too.
