I was told about this tool from a massage therapist that they use in their practice and scrapping the fascia is great for reducing tightness and numbness in my calf muscles. I also sit at the computer a lot, so my forearms get tight and a few minutes of scraping they feel great! I use in on my neck as well because I sit a lot and works great for that area too. It can also be used for cellulite but haven't really tried that, but I would assume you would have to do it daily in the beginning to help with that.
