Firstly, the package with funny comic strip. What a lovely touch. My keyboard was properly packaged and received quickly. I was already impressed! Then, the keyboard itself. I will use it for work for up to 10 hours of constant bashing a day (my son told me to rephrase that last sentence - I ignored him). The keyboard feels solid and far more premium than I was expecting. Simple plug and play never hurts either so I was happy with that. The lights are fabulous and I will enjoy that on dark winter evenings when I'm questioning my existance and why oh why am I working so late...again!! The response is seamless, as good as any wired keyboard and typing is comfortable and quiet. Brilliant!! I love this keyboard. I love the comic strip. I love that this young (judging by the cartoon of the team) innovative team have thought through how to present themselves to us, the mighty consumer. It's a breath of fresh air in a market that has become more and more impersonal through the years and littered with sub-standard, mass produced rubbish. Will I come back for more items because of the quality of the keyboard? 100% yes. Will I come back to support this company who have put care into their entire package? 1000% yes! Do I recommend you support this business and check out their offerings? 1000000% yes. Isn't it nice to be treated like a customer, a person and not a monetary entry on a data sheet. Wonderful keyboard! Looks and feels very premium and well-built. The keys feel very satisfying to press. The lighting can be set all to one colour or to rainbow. The rainbow setting can also be set to flow along the keyboard and the speed at which it does this adjusted to suit! The brightness of the backlight is also adjustable. Overall a very well designed, quality product. Would recommend to a friend.

I’m absolutely loving this KLIM wireless keyboard! The lighting is super bright and vibrant, easily standing out even in daylight. There are multiple lighting modes and patterns to choose from, so you can switch up the look depending on your mood, from solid colours to dynamic rainbow effects. The keys feel smooth and responsive, with a satisfying click that's great for both typing and gaming. Build quality feels solid overall, and the keyboard has a nice weight to it without being too heavy. Only downside is that it’s a shame there’s no matching mouse included, that would have made the setup feel complete. But overall, a fantastic keyboard that looks and feels premium. Definitely recommend it!

Easy to use, plug-in and play. No issues with any of the keys so far, RGB seems nice too with 5 different settings and brightness controls. The only issue I encountered was half of my keyboard's RGB lights twitching, though that seemed to be fixed once I charged it. Keys have a nice click to them and aren't too loud.

I've changed to this keyboard after using my laptop keyboard for many years, but now have room for a second monitor and needed one. I have a KLIM laptop light up cooling fan already, and know they're a great brand, and yep the rainbow lights got me, I had a mess around with the different modes the other day, and changed the brightness, Level 3 is perfect for me, I got to say typing on it is a pleasure, I love seeing all the lights, but it's so responsive to my touch, and it's so quiet, and I just feel the quality when typing on it, it stays put when I type too, I did try a Bluetooth wireless one I got for my tablet that did not do that, so that feature is sometimes overlooked. The battery life is impressive, as yes I do love the lights and have been using my laptop more than I normally would, and I received it on the 9th November and used it straight out the box, as I was using an old one who's feet had broken off, and I don't like typing on the flat, and today (17th) it's battery ran out. I do wish it had a warning light to say it's low, like my Bluetooth headphones that constantly shout battery low in my ears, unless it did and I missed it? But it's charging now as I type this, and has the indicator light on, so we'll see how long it takes to charge, it ran out of battery a few hours ago I think it was. But compared to my mouse (non KLIM) that doesn't last a full week with me using it the same, I am impressed with it's battery life. KLIM if you're reading this, does the indicator light turn off when charged? As I can't find the booklet for it, I'm assuming so, but confirmation would be great lol! Bought this to replace a 12 year old Logitech keyboard that I wanted to use for work instead, but didn't really want to spend £100+ on one of the well know names for these sorts of keyboards. Pros: - Keyboard feels sturdy, not cheap or tacky like other ones I've looked at. - Key presses are soft for the most part (see cons), not clicky like mechanical keyboards usually are which I prefer. - Backlight isn't too in your face, has a nice glow even in a darker room. - Plug and play is great, just pop the receiver into your PC (which can also be put back snugly in it's compartment on the back of the keyboard) and off you go. - Really responsive, no issue with duplication when typing. Cons: - Backlight turns off by it's self after about 15-20 seconds of non-use. - All key presses are soft, but the space bar for some reason is really noisy in comparison. - Can't replace the batteries as you go, has to be charged (could be a pro for some folks) which I didn't realise so would have to be turned off when not in use to save having an issue when it runs out of charge. - Personal preference con: Keyboard feels quite raised up in comparison to by older one so will have to buy a wrist rest. Con's aside, this is a great keyboard. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper option for a full, backlit keyboard.

Hi Everyone, Honestly speaking, I hardly write reviews about any product mainly because I cannot be asked. However, when a company like KLIM goes above and beyond to provide you an excellent customer service you feel inclined to praise them. Like most of you, I have been forced to work from home due to the Covid19. I have been using my dining table as my workstation and for that reason, I wanted to go wireless and save space. While searching for wireless keyboard and mouse I came across KLIM™ Chroma Wireless Keyboard. By looking at the reviews and product details I decided to buy it. The keyboard arrived within a day and I must say, I am well pleased with it. The keyboard is quiet, comfortable and I love the backlit led as it helps to work in dark, plus it looks cool :). Hand down one of the best keyboards I have used. However, a few days back the ‘E’ key on the keyboard stopped working, and honestly speaking I was a bit annoyed. Going back to my old keyboard was not a good experience as I was already spoiled by the KLIM keyboard. So, I decided to contact the KLIM customer service. The response time was very quick and someone from the team contacted me directly on my personal email. The individual was very friendly, and he sent me a dropbox link so I can upload the video of the keyboard along with fault. In the recording, you could hear my two daughters chatting (in fact they were arguing with each other) in the background. After the recording was uploaded, I had a reply from KLIM, and they decided to send me a replacement without any extra cost and they apologized for the inconvenience. Meaning, I have two keyboards now I can use the old one for spares (if I try hard enough, I might be able to fix it as well). really happy with the customer service and the friendly nature of this small but very promising company. However, the most beautiful gesture they did for me was to send two gremlin’s Gizmo light toys as a gift for my daughters. In my previous email with them, I apologize for the noise in the recording and referred to my daughters as “my gremlins”. I love the fact they have an eye for details and that is well reflected in their product. They went above and beyond to put a smile on my family’s face. I was already happy with the replacement, but the toys were a masterpiece. WELL PLAYED!! Thank you KLIM for an amazing product, service, and making me feel like a valued customer. I wish you the best and I am sure you guys will do very well as your core business principles are very customer-centric. Keyboard doesn’t work unless you are close to the PC, I’m sat less than 2m away from my pc and it just keeps disconnecting unless I go to with 1m of the PC, I thought I may be able to connect to pc’s own Bluetooth without the dongle but there doesn’t seem to be any way to put the keyboard in pairing mode so you have no choice but use the dongle anyway. Keyboard is no good to me!
