will this fit the nobel torque wrench?

Hello, This is a hand driver and designed to be used by hand only. You may be asking about wrench drivers, which has different top designed to fit a wrench. But either way, Nobel uses proprietary sizes so you do not use commonly available and used universal drivers. In order to avoid that and for the future use, it is better to have a wrench, which is designed for universal use with readily available components for it. Many systems use those, such as Zimmer, Implant Direct. Biohorizons and IQ Implants, of course. Our wrench is only $99 and torque wrench is $239. You can see it on Amazon and our website. Does this fit for noble implants

No it would not. Nobel does not use 1.25mm driver. Check with Nobel for their own proprietary prosthetics driver.
