I have one β€œmostly” fallen arch and arthritis in one foot I got orthotic shoe inserts - not the very expensive ones but good ones - from the doctor. These arch supports blow them out of the water! (The inserts are good when wearing shoes.)These work better than shoe inserts as they provide support all the time, even when you are not standing on your feet. The pain relief is beyond awesome.I can walk around the house barefoot - wearing these and get the support my foot needs. I am not a fan of shoes so barefoot is my preference. These allow me to go barefoot and be pain free.I like these so much I ordered two more pairs.
