BrotherMFC-L6750DW Laser All-in-One Monochrome Printer

Was delivered in a box that looked like it had been opened and resealed a couple of times and with a defective fuser which took a week to get replaced under warranty and cost $90 for on site service. Brother customer service in the Dominican Republic was ridiculously inept at helping but great at consuming time with repeated and mind numbingly worthless repetition of what you said. Had to get a local certified service center to replace the fuser. Setup was much less intuitive than prior Brother products and scan software is good but requires several clicks to get to the scan function which should be a one click task bar icon. The touch screen on the machine is totally unintuitive and confusing. Even the certified technician had trouble navigating through the touch screen menus. Had several network communication glitches which our IT guys had to resolve. Hopefully we are now done.

I own a very busy insurance agency, and print over 25,000 pages per year. This model is far superior to the previous MFC-L6700DW. Love this unit.

Wrong serial number, trying to many times to register, can't register

The MFC L6750DW is amazing. Previously, our office used an MFC 9970CDW. Since then we have been very loyal Brother customers. Their printers just work. They're easy to set up and when it's time to replace maintenance parts the process is very straightforward. Plus, they're good on ink.Recently I read about the new Brother Workhorse series. We got the HL L6250DW LASER PRINTER, which was released first. It is fast, economical, and so far very reliable. We waited patiently for the MFC-L6750DWs to be released, and the wait was worth it!We set it up so each department has a Dropbox account they can scan documents to. Printing and copying is fast and easy. The duplexing works well; nothing has jammed so far.Honestly, I have no complaints. Even the most technologically inept people at my office are able to use this multifunction machine. It is sturdy, and all four of them performed flawlessly out of the box. I highly recommend the Brother MFC L6750DW. The machines we replaced (Xerox) averaged about 1,200 pages / month and the Brother machines should be able to handle that easily.

Excellent equipment, very fast and efficient. It was extremely easy to install, the whole process took me about 20 minutes (including setup to connect to my wireless network). The print quality is excellent and so far I have not had a single paper jam. The only thing I don't like so much is the Brother software (ControlCenter4)... I find it unfriendly and not much intuitive.I recommend this model to anyone over the MFC-L6700DW, since after comparing both models, I noticed that the only relevant difference is that this model includes starter toner for 12,000 copies, while the other one includes a starter toner for 3,000 copies only, so it offers much better value.
