I do plenty of research on supplements and herbs. Pumpkin Seed Oil is great for controlling the constant need to get up during the night to pee. I take 2 at night and it definitely helps. So much better than the 200.00 rx a doctor wanted to prescribe for overactive bladder. Nope. Thi is natural and it works. At one time I was taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. The pills are a little big but if you’re used to taking supplements you’ll be ok and you’ll find the benefit worth it. I bought the NOW brand at two different stores in town weeks apart and both bottles had a terrible rancid odor. I returned those and got this Solary brand. No bad odor.

Price and is very reasonable for the volume amount than at any other places I’ve previously purchased at.

Received new sealed box. Expiration date is sooner than I would have liked. But if I am consistent with taking I should beat the date on the bottle. I have seen images of the capsules sticking together. I store mine in the refrigerator to avoid any issues.
