Excellent build quality. The case for the item is metal, and as you hold it, it feels very heavy for it's size. Definitely looks like a premium product.2. Plug and play functionality. I plugged it in and connected the USB-C power plug (so that my tablet will remain charged), the USB key, and an external monitor. I don't have a need for two monitors, but I tested, and both of the ports work. (Note: The ports mirror each other, but on my Samsung, the tablet screen can be different, and you can use both screens simultaneously.)3. Excellent customer service. I bought a cheaper one... big mistake! Because after my laptop went to sleep, the new hub I got would not wake up the monitor that was connected to it. I then decided to buy a more expensive one! that one would not wake up my monitor after the computer was asleep for a couple of hours and it would stop charging my computer. I returned that as well and just decided to go with the one that worked the very best. THIS ONE!This is great, great picture and video quality and I can go to sleep, leave my computer on and wake up in the morning and when I wake up my laptop it automatically wakes up my monitor also. Device works well for about 10-15 minutes. Suddenly both external monitors go black. The laptop thinks they are still working but there screens are blank. Must unplug device from laptop and reconnect to get video back. Very annoying as then you must sort out all of your programs back to the screens you want just so they can blank out again in another 10-15 minutes. This pattern held for a 1 hour test run.
