I don't wear mine in the shower, because I don't want to expose the beads to the chemicals that are in our hygiene products. Definitely wouldn't wear it in a pool, as the chlorine would really damage the beads. This is just my opinion. The cord used to make the bracelet is nice, but would deteriorate more quickly if it is subject to the above. **Q: Has anyone tested the rhodochrosite to see if its real. and how long has rhodochrosite lasted so far? its the first time i'm getting this.** A: I’ve had mine since June and I have no problem. **Q: Is the onyx bracelet authentic?
