Nice watch

Absolutely stunning watch. I purchased this piece for my husband as a 40th wedding anniversary gift. I looked at more expensive pieces but chose this watch because it looked so nice and it seemed like it was a great value. He prefers a leather band over the metal ones as metal pulls his arm hair. I'll try to follow up again later on the watch band quality once he has worn it awhile. I only gave it 4 of 5 stars as he just started wearing it. Otherwise, it would have gotten the five stars.

DO NOT BUY THEM!!!! IT'S A SCAM, made in ChinaCrap. I bought two OF THEM and they lasted me 6 months, they stopped working all of a sudden. they might look good but they use cheap materials. STAY AWAY, ASK ANY reviewers that love them if they had them for a YEAR at least...

Ich habe rein aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nach einer manuellen Uhr gesucht, weil mein Körper auf digitale Quarzuhren mit nervösen Spannungen im Unterarm reagiert und ich, beim Tragen einer manuellen Uhr, dieses Problem nicht habe. Darüberhinaus ist mir auch das Design sehr wichtig und diese Uhr hat ein sehr schönes und sehr besonderes Design. Diese Uhr hat für mich auch deswegen etwas faszinierendes, weil sie auf eine dezente Art den Blick in das innere manuelle Uhrwerk, mit seinen vielen winzig kleinen Zahnrädern, ermöglicht. Die schmückenden Verzierungen auf dem Ziffernblatt machen die Uhr zu einem schönen Schmuckstück und den Blick ins Innere der Uhr ein wenig geheimnisvoll. Man kann sich von dem, was ich geschrieben habe, selbst überzeugen, denn die Uhr sieht in Wirklichkeit genauso aus, wie auf dem Produkt-Foto. Weil ich die Uhr erst kürzlich gekauft habe, kann ich bezüglich der Qualität und Haltbarkeit noch nichts sagen. Ich habe aber Vertrauen zu der Firma Earnshaw, da diese aus der Tradition einer sehr berühmten Uhrmacher-Familie hervorgegangen ist.

Es muy bonito y se nota la calidad, yo lo compre muy barato, no falla, no se atrasa ni un minuto, lo recomiendo, ademas tiene una correa de piel muy bonita, en definitiva es un reloj de gran calidad.

A stunning, unusual watch that draws attention. I've had it just over a week now, and worn it each day, taking it off only for showers and bed. Can't say how many seconds it's lost or gained as it doesn't have a second finger, but I can say that it was set against my PC clock and it remains in sync to the minute. The open heart on this watch is a work of art with the revolving 'cartwheel' that sits on top of the regulator a nice feature. I also like the scrolled silver balance bridge, The dual time feature is useful and can be easily set to another time zone if you have someone living abroad and need to know the time there before you telephone. Generally seems well put together with decent materials used throughout. The strap is marked as genuine leather but has a shiny vinyl feel to the upper surface. The strap buckle takes a little patience to master as it has a unusual ship's cleat shaped addition that can make removing the watch awkward - the trick is to tighten the strap a little before easing the pin from the hole. And I've noticed the cleat can mark the strap because of the pressure it exerts when the watch is worn. I'm glad I bought it. Update: Now had the watch for 6 weeks and it's still performing well - gained 3 minutes in that time which is pretty good going for a Chinese mechanism - perhaps I've just let lucky with mine. However, when I'm not wearing the watch I do keep it on a watch winder which ensures it's kept fully wound, and as it has a dual mainspring it does require a fair bit of winding to fully charge.
