Why did my cinnamon rolls get brown on the bottom? Tried and true recipe but new Rachael Ray pan.

I bought store cinnamon rolls and they burnt on bottom so I’ll have to turn down to 350. I noticed with these pan you can’t go over 400

Why are Rachel Rays some of her products do not last

My 13 x 9 inch pan is great. No problems. I hand wash, never put in dishwasher.

Is this an air bake pan?

It's not an air fryer pan. But you might be able to use it like that in your oven.
