Best water ever
AMAZING!! makes terrible bottled like dasani water taste delicious. i add it to coffee tea and juices and smoothies and sometimes rice too. worth the money. I used to drink so much water and never feel hydrated but now i donโt anymore. canโt drink water without this and iโm never going back. i personally prefer one drop per 4 ounces NOTE: the bottle it comes in sucks. itโs hard to get any without getting too much and you have to touch the tip of it each time which isnโt sanitary. i strongly recommend buying a glass dropper bottle to keep it in. Just donโt squeeze the original bottle too hard or more liquid will spill out the sides

Love these
Have bought these over and over for awhile now. Love the quality but donโt use too much or the taste is strong.

Amazing even without RO / distilled water
I bought this for my new countertop water distiller, but the minerals came in before the distiller did. So I take my tap water, I run it through a Brita Elite filter, and then I keep drinking and drinking and drinking. I drink endless water but I'm still thirsty. I put this in my filtered water (ten drops in a large cup), and the water was actually satiating? I wasn't thirsty any more. Apparently my regular old tap water is mineral deficient (even before distilling). One youtube review of distilled water described remineralized water as "creamy", and that word feels right to me now. I don't really have another word for the mineral-y taste (except perhaps "umami"). Also this makes me perk up? I've been on a journey to try to figure out why I'm fat even though my diet is perfect (whole food plant based), so maybe this mineral supplement will help me have the energy to do the metabolism to burn my belly fat. I was... not expecting so large a benefit from such a simple supplement. I was just trying to do my due diligence around a countertop water distiller purchase, and I was expecting the distilling to be more of a benefit than the minerals. It turns out that being a health nerd means trying things on a whim and seeing if it helps or not. This time it helped a LOT. PS- The new cap is GREAT. Dosing a specific numbers of drops is effortless with the new cap design.

Perfect !
We've tried other minerals before which altered the taste very badly. These drops are perfect!

Finally - a mineral supplement without abdominal discomfort
I've always had weak teeth. At least I did until I discovered that the body needs potassium in order to metabolize calcium. I started taking potassium citrate a few years back because I had read that it was one of the most bio-available forms of potassium. At the same time I was coming to terms with being newly allergic to gluten, and the associated abdominal pain and discomfort that goes along with eating the wrong foods. It was such a lottery - I seemed to have gut ache at random, even when eating stuff I had previously judged to be safe. Finally, just a few months ago, someone pointed out to me that abdominal discomfort was a known side effect of potassium citrate... and lo and behold, as soon as I stopped taking it, all of the random symptoms cleared up and I began to see much more consistency in what I could and couldn't eat. I knew I had to find a replacement source of potassium, and after trying a couple of liquid ionic formulas, some of which still upset my gut, I finally stumbled on this. Aussie Trace Minerals helps to keep my teeth hard (and gets rid of the sensitivity I feel when I'm not taking enough potassium). I take about half to two thirds of the recommended dose and don't have any issues with flavor or an allergic reaction. The only downside I have found was the extended shipping time from Canada to the US. I can't recommend these highly enough. If you are allergic to gluten, or have a sensitive stomach, I would strongly recommend this as the mineral supplement which is least likely to make your symptoms any worse.

I'll keep using
I've been using this product for several years now on the recommendation of the Root Cause Protocol. Decided I liked it and just kept at it. I've ditched the Root Cause thing but still using the minerals they recommend. They don't have much taste and I do feel better when taking them. I definitely am not a fan of their drip type lid. Sometimes nothing will come out, and you can't pour from the bottle without wasting and dripping some of it. So I've decided to put half the bottle in a different glass bottle with a squeeze dropper included. That way I know how much I'm taking. I've never really known how much I get each time. When I don't use it I end up getting leg cramps. I use it in filtered water, with Magnesium added and sea salt added too. Adrenals really need lots of salt, but just not table salt. Or Lays potato chips salt ! One star off for the rotten pouring system.

Really helps hydration
I have ordered this in March (almost 6 months ago) and used it pretty loosely until last month when my on campus classes started back. I was sweating so much from walking around in 95 degree heat that I was constantly dehydrated. And then I started using these drops every day. It has made a very noticeable difference. I feel so much better. I put about 10-15 drops in my 40 oz bottle and Iโm pretty much set for the day. The difference in taste is so small I can barely taste it. I canโt say with certainty that itโs because of if only due to these mineral drops, but I have also noticed an increase in my energy. Which is great for me since Iโm chronically fatigued. Getting the minerals your body needs to function properly can never hurt. Bonusโ I have barely made a dent in the bottle, so itโs going to last me a while. TLDR; get it! And use consistently to get the most out of it, but just using when dehydrated will also help.

Best electrolytes Iโve used
Love this product! I have a hard time tolerating electrolytes. I either hate the taste or they give me weird burps- these do neither. If you add more than 20 drops to a 16 oz water you can taste a slight metallic taste. I just split my daily dose into two different bottles. I definitely feel that these perk me up! I have more energy and alertness! It comes in a bottle that you gently squeeze and drops come out. I donโt mind counting the drops Iโve gotten fast at it and itโs worth not having to use a messy powder!

Best trace minerals on the market
I have been using these trace minerals for some time now. They are a bit expensive but the quality is amazing. I first started while I was on my water fast and needed some minerals to keep going, surprisingly this product helped the journey. The taste is a little bitter but mixing enough water can eliminate that bitter taste, if you follow the recommended drops it will be fine.

Great product.
Running a water distiller at 4L. a day / 5 days a week, I rely on a good source of electrolytes to boost back said water after the distilling process. I used many liquid minerals from various brands before trying out Aussie's and I must say, these are just perfect - Good mineral composition and no strong taste. ADVICE : Go easy on the dosage and adjust accordingly otherwise you'll end up with a salty taste. I use ยฑ 20 drops in 4L. and find that dosage balanced, you have that pure water taste without the saltiness and the minerals are all blended in there. This is just me. Do your testing and find out your ratio "mineral to water" content. In the end, I will definitely stick with Aussie, the price difference compared to most other brands isn't worth the mention + the quality is unquestionably superior. IMO, these are unparalleled and beyond compare.

I love this. I feel great and it has no sugar or sugar alternatives which is exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic product.

If you don't use minerals, you should start ASAP!
The only source of minerals I trust. Everyone should be adding minerals to their water as all of us experience mineral depletion due to poor soil and use of pesticides on our foods.
